Water is a vital part of our health, with our bodies being made up of around 70% water! Many of us do not drink enough water throughout the day, leaving us dehydrated, tired and likely to suffer headaches. Here are some more ideas for getting more h2o into your life.
Every morning, start the day with a big glass of water. This will help to flush out your system after sleeping all night, plus help wake you up. If you prefer, why not add some slices of lemon or lime to your water to add flavour?
Take a litre bottle of water with you to work and sip on it throughout the morning. When you finish it, simply refill it and continue to sip throughout the rest of the day – this is an easy way to make sure you drink the recommended two liters each day!
