General terms and conditions
Quality Guarantee: PainWave™ X4000 comes with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. Full details are supplied with the product.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee: PainWave™ X4000 comes with a full money back guarantee. Terms apply; see Returns and Refunds Policy below
Warranty: The manufacturer provides a 12 month warranty to cover parts and workmanship. While in the opinion of the manufacturer the X4000 medical device is generally effective in relieving pain, healthcare is not an exact science and individual results may vary.
Retention of Title: This remains with PainFree Healthcare Limited until the goods are paid for in full.
Payment Options: We accept all major credit and debit cards in partnership with WorldPay, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group.
Delivery and Charges: We deliver within the UK and Ireland only. All orders are despatched within 21 days from receipt of your order. Orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and a signature will be required.
Order Confirmations: When you place an order via our Internet service you will receive two e-mails. An "'Order Confirmation"' from us and a "Thank you you've paid" confirmation email from WorldPay. Please retain both of these.
Stock Levels: All products featured on the web site are in stock and available at the time of ordering.
Sales Receipt: A VAT receipt will be sent with each order.
   

RETURNS and REFUND POLICY

Right To Change Your Mind

If you are not completely satisfied you may return the PainWave™ X4000 within 30 days of receipt to receive a full refund of the purchase price.
What you need to do:

  • The product and the charger must be returned in its original packaging (undamaged) complete with all the original literature. Failure to meet this requirement will result in a handling charge set at the sole discretion of the management of PainFree Healthcare Limited to cover damaged and missing items.
  • Email customerservice@painfreehealthcare.co.uk and provide notification and reason for return. Await acknowledgement and a Return Reference Code.
    Send the product back with a covering note together with your name and address and original order details and quote the Return Reference Code along with ALL the original packaging and literature to:

  • The items must be returned within 30 days of receipt by you. You will be required to pay for your postage and it is strongly advised that you send the item using a recorded-delivery service. PainFree Healthcare Limited will not be held responsible for non-receipt of returned items. In such circumstances no refund will be paid.
Warranty returns Follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer and advise PainFree Healthcare Limited by Email: customerservice@painfreehealthcare.co.uk
Refund of Payment: Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment used to place order.
Data Protection: The information you provide will remain confidential at all times and we will only use the information that we collect in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Complaints: If you have a complaint, please contact us immediately by phone or email (for details see the 'Contact us' page). All complaints will be acknowledged within one working day. Any complaint will be dealt with fairly, effectively and confidentially. These complaints will be dealt within seven working days. These terms and conditions do not affect your consumer's statutory rights.
Unforeseen Circumstances: While every effort will be made to meet shoppers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond our control.
Acceptance: By Purchasing from PainFree Healthcare Limited you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Information you provide to us remains confidential to PainFree Healthcare Ltd. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons:
